12-Month Rate Guarantee at Highway 88 Self Storage
Lock in Your Storage Rate for a Full Year
At Highway 88 Self Storage, we know how important it is to plan your finances without worrying about sudden rent increases. That’s why we proudly offer our 12-Month Rate Guarantee — the price you pay when you move in is the price you’ll keep for the next 12 months.
No Surprise Rent Increases
Many storage facilities raise their rates just a few months after you move in, catching customers off guard. At Highway 88 Self Storage, we believe in transparency and fairness. With our 12-month rate guarantee, your monthly storage cost stays locked in — no hidden fees, no unexpected rate hikes.
Why Choose Our 12-Month Rate Guarantee?
- Stable Pricing for 12 Months
Your storage unit rental rate is fixed for an entire year from the day you move in. Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with predictable monthly expenses. - Avoid Mid-Term Price Increases
Unlike many other self-storage companies that may raise rates after just 3–6 months, we’re committed to keeping your rate consistent. - Budget-Friendly & Reliable
Whether you’re storing personal belongings or business inventory, our rate guarantee helps you plan with confidence and avoid surprises.
